[ROM] EDL Authorization needed

I've bricked my phone, while upgrading, with a non compatible firmware. Only EDL mode can save it now.

Please authorise my account to flash in EDL mode to unbrick my device.

Device: Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro (bought from china as K20 Pro).

Thanks!

Hi,

Why do you think that the only solution is flashing from EDL mode?

Is the bootloader locked or unlocked?

Hello guys,
Since the phone is from China reseller (Ali) I had no idea what phone is it exaclty (K20 Pro or Mi 9T Pro). The firmware differs, even on global version, so it was a 50/50 shot, after twrp installation put me into FASTBOOT loop.
Well, I own 7 phones of different manufacturers, all of which I've reflashed at some point (either to update to newer version, those with no OTA, or to change from standart firmware to Cianogen, Samsung that is), so I'm pretty sure that I'm capable of reflashing the phone, especially owning a resurected MIX3 at the moment.
I'll send you the pix:
The phone does nothing, only appears as Qualcomm...9008 device in Win Dev Mngr, also MiFlash and QFIL. Flashing stops after authentication, with MiFlash saying user unauthorized.
Thanks for any help!

Our Xiaomi official distributor does not repair phones, unless they are bought from them. And if they do, they charge ridiculous amounts of money.
That is one reason I do all this myself.
The second is, having 25 years of everyday work and fix in PC region, including flashing and reflashing firmwares on BIOSes, routers, HDDs, and knowing that there is not too much work to do that.

I think I locked it upon flashing the global on a CN version phone. That is one single way to brick a xiaomi phone for sure.
