[Discussion] Alarm Clock background colour has changed. Actualy on Mi 9t

Hi there, I have dark mode set. When my alarm activated this morning the colour of the interface (when Sounding) had changed from black and white to light grey and white. Is this a system change or something has gone wrong with the app?

Changed as in permanently, or when it was ringing? Because if the latter, it might be a case of adding a visual signal to the audio alarm itself

Hi there and thank you for the reply. The black theme is exactly as it was other than when the alarm is ringing. When the alarm rings there is now white text and graphics on a light grey background. Not a deal breaker but I just preferred it black on white.
I noticed that the clock had been updated to 9.2.23.2 in the system updates today so I expect it is an update rather than a problem.
It just looks a bit ugly !!

Ah, gotcha. Yeah, probably the update, have you tried rebooting since, might help it work as before

Hi there, I've tried to reboot and it's exactly the same. I just find it hard to believe they intended it to look like this. Is there anyway to contact the developers and let them know?
Kind regards
Adrian

Yes, in the settings, there is a feedback tab (generally the last on the list). Add your issue with as much detail, and the devs will see it. It's a one way street though, they just aggregate bugs and reports and do stuff with them, but won't reply to individuals

that's what it looks like, I think that it's just some kind of redesign
