I just leave this text here, coz none of team members wants to help me.

Full text of the problem (please read all):
USB debugging mode doesn't turn off completely after disabling it in developer's menu. Some games with anti-cheat system are detecting USB debugging (for example Fate/Grand Order), however it is turned off! I know 3 people with Mi A2 Lite who have the same problem. After some research I found that POCO F1 and some other phones also have this bug. It is not the problem with those applications, I tested it on several devices.
I sent my first report through the Feedback App — still no response.
Phone: Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite 3/32 ( or newer firmware)
Other affected phones (exactly the same problem):
Redmi Note 7
Mi A1
How to replicate the bug:
1. Install or older firmware. (this step can be skipped maybe)
2. Install a game/an app with anti-cheat system which can detect USB debugging.
3. Update to or newer firmware
4. Enable and disable usb debugging in developer's menu
5. Open the game/app and it's anti-cheat system will throw an error that USB debugging is enabled

Solution: hard reset or downgrade to (only for Mi A2 Lite). If hard reset, never touch usb debugging mode again.

Please do something, I'm in despair. I'm afraid of updates because of this bug. What if I wouldn't be able to install Android 10 because of this? The last update I checked was the June's one (with no fix of course). Don't know if it was fixed in August update.Sorry for my English by the way.

First bug report I sent: ID: 502140023
Bug report on Xiaomi forum:
Same problem with POCO F1 (not my report):
Same problem with Redmi Note 7:
My another report on Xiaomi forum:
My topic on mi community, two persons confirmed it:
Another topic about POCO F1 and RN7:
My another bug report:ID: 502769430
P.S. Thanks for the best feedback app in the world, nobody wants to read my reports for five months.

How has this evolved? I'm about to buy the A2 lite and I specifically need it to play FGO
