[Other] Random reboots on Redmi S2

Hi, my phone have been rebooting itself outta nowhere.. It generally happens when it's locked for a couple sec or a few mins, or when I'm using the phone, sometimes it will freeze and then reboot.
I doubt it's a hardware problem, because when I updated from miui 9 to 10 it took like 6 mins, and it didn't reboot. The update was completed successfully.. Wich leads me to think that is a software related problem...
Please help!
I'm currently on miui 10.3.1.0 stable.

I actually found a temporary fix.. wich is using a app called "CPU Awake", sadly It makes the battery drain kinda quick..
This confirms that the issue is totally software related.
Also, I'm hoping to sell this phone, so I need a total fix for this issue.
Help me please!!

I have the same problem, it occurs almost around every 2 days or less, so what I did was, usually I apply a custom theme, so I changed it to stock, it lasted for 1 week, and after that, it still reboots. So what I did next was going to setting>about phone>system update> (the three dots on the top right) > Download Latest Package
Wait for the package to download and apply the update

And now it sould be fixed
