On 23th Jan 2017, my Redmi note 3 battery was blast, when I was using at my office. I make a complain vs mail. The responsed was to send the invoice and the phones to the following person.

Once I send the phone, invoice and all the accessories to them, they stopped responding to all my mails. However I, continue sending the chain of mail including DTDC invoice.
Sometimes I make call to MI customer service and they told me that once the investigation is over they will call me back. But never responded a call or a mail from MI.
On 6th February 2017, when I contacted MI customer care they told me that the case has been closed. They told me that"I poke the battery". Which is really impossible.
I requested the investigation invoice however, couldn't give me back.
Finally I requested to speak with manager. He told me that I ll not get the invoice of investment but they ll returned my damaged phone.
Till today I haven't got my phone back nor any response from MI.
As a customer I need the right to know what's really happened to my phone and why I don't get any warranty.
I need my damage phone and the investigation information..
