Mi Fit's interface gives you a quick overview of your goals and results, as well as several easy-to-read graphs showing your fitness data and progress. You can even check the time you went to sleep, how long you slept, and when you woke up.

throughout the tabs. Mi-Fit v4.0 is already available on Google Play, and users will need to update to the latest version to be able to see the changes. The new UI brings a new card-based design and has a more polished interface overall. The company is rumored to launch the Mi Band 4 soon, and this Mi-Fit update could be the groundwork leading towards that.

There's no dark mode in sight. Text is now better spaced out, with none of the readability issues that plagued previous versions. Overall, the app looks clean and polished, something I wouldn't attribute to Mi-Fit before.
The Play Store changelog also mentions an optimized data view and support for more types of workouts — though I could only see walking, running, and cycling.
The upcoming Mi Band 4 is around the corner (the rumor mill thinks it'll have a color display, NFC, and an ECG monitor) so it's fitting that Mi-Fit gets a revamp before the new band's release.
