64-bit rom system meant over 6GB amount of ram. that's real definition of that if you do not trust me search on Google. redmi note 4, 4X and mi a 1 runs on 64 bit OS And not rom system. And after that you are saying ROM system does not care about ram .
any way with or without any argument i would like to say following points.
1.if Android 9 need 64 arm xiomi definitely will give it.
2. if that dont want 64 bit one run Android 9 xiomi may be xiomi will not give it.
3. If xiomi consider google stopping support for 32 bit application then definitely xiomi will give the 64 bit one.
4.if xiomi give the 64 bit sys what is the way..?? via ota or flash the device separately?

64 bit system does not mean over 6GB RAM. Even if you have 2GB RAM, you can run 64 bit ROM. Redmi 4, Redmi 4x and Mi A1, none of them are 6GB and they run 64 bit ROM. And there is no such thing as running on 64 bit OS and running 32 bit ROM. If you are running 64 bit OS, that means you're running 64 bit ROM. And if you're running 32 bit OS, that means you're running 32 bit ROM. You can't have 32 bit and 64 bit running together.
