Hi Mi Fans!
The POCOPHONE F1 is a phone with the mission of focusing on innovations that truly matter in order to let users try the technologies that make a difference in their lives. Now we’re going to present you 2 of the main specs that make this phone the champion of performance. So let’s get started!
Qualcomm Snapdragon 845
When focusing on performance, choosing the chipset is the most critical factor. That’s why the first decision we made is to have Qualcomm’s top-of-the-line Snapdragon 845. This processor presents a new generation in speed with a second generation 10nm FinFET and clock speeds up to 2.8GHz, maintaining good battery life and good thermal performance.
It brings Adreno 630, with 30% improved performance compared to the previous Snapdragon 835, meaning that it flies for gaming, no matter how heavy. Added an improvement on the AI performance by 3 times from its predecessor, this helps, particularly on the camera.
These features combine to make it into the chipset with a GPU that surpasses others in the market. The GPU performance is becoming more important nowadays as more games are graphics intensive. So if you’re into this kind of games, you really want the latest generation.
We reached almost 300,000 on the AnTuTu Benchmark scores, which makes it one of the fastest Android smartphones around. But scores don’t tell the whole story. Truth is, when running at peak speeds for long periods of time, most phones get slower. For example, when playing game intensive apps, it taxes the processor, heating it up and slowing it down. Basically, hotter is slower.
Here is where the water cooling technology can help. Called LiquidCool Technology, it’s a copper heat zinc with water vapor inside placed on top of the chipset, which cools down your phone much more quickly. It distributes the heat generated by the processor more evenly throughout the phone, dissipating it 300% faster than devices without it.
The new performance standard
Because of the LiquidCool technology paired with Snapdragon 845, the POCOPHONE F1 is able to sustain peak performance for a longer period of time. When we tested it, the AnTuTu Benchmark scores over 6 cycles are sustained. So this is what we mean when we say speed: actual real world speed!
What is the longest period of time you have played a game?
Was the performance able to keep up?
Let us know how important performance is for you and stay tuned for more!
